Welcome back to the Meet the Athlete Podcast. In this weeks episode im joined by Phily Bowden. Phily is as the forefront of the fight for equal rights for women in running and sports in general. It was great to sit down and chat to Phily about some things that are wrong with the sport and maybe some changes that could be made to eradicate them. She has also recently moved up to Manchester, given up her standard 9-5 to pursue her dreams of becoming an Olympian, so of course we chatted about how her live has changed recently and some changes going forward.
