Welcome to Season 5 of 5678: A Movie Musical Podcast! Grow out your hair and meet us in Central Park for the 1979 Hair! Starring Treat Williams, John Savage, and the entire Twyla Tharp dance company. Settle in for disjointed songs, stealing the same car from the same guy twice, and a fully different plot from the stage show. You've never seen a debutante dinner quite like this! So harass women on horseback, go skinny dipping, and con a General out of his uniform!
Homework:
Watch a stage production if you can, but otherwise here is a clip of the 2009 production.
Follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter for more movie musical content and episode updates.
