1 Thing Every Girl Should Know - Trailer

  • Riassunto

  • Hey Friends, welcome to our new podcast produced by Karen Howard Lee and iGrow Girl.

Karen is the owner and founder of iGrow Girl and the author of the book, It's Good For A Girl To Know Who She Is. If you’re not familiar with iGrow Girl, we create and sponsor classes, events and resources that promote whole health and wellness for girls and women--and we encourage healthy mother/daughter relationships.

The 1 Thing Every Girl Should Know podcast will be a place where girls and women share golden nuggets of knowledge that they’ve learned from personal experiences. Think YouTube meets Ted Talk. Each episode will feature a conversation about one helpful and healthful practice or principle that can help girls and women toward wellness.

We’ll focus on nutrition, physical fitness, emotional and mental hygiene, and relational health. The lives of girls and women are wide open and follow a variety of tones from humorous to dramatic to heartwarming—so that will be the tone of the show. All of that! We think that's pretty cool.

There's another cool factor at play, here. We know our listeners have some golden nuggets of their own to share, and we want to hear from you. We may even feature your golden nugget of knowledge on the show!

Send us a 1-2 sentence message describing the 1 Thing you've learned that you think Every Girl Should Know. You can submit your message to us on our website or through social media. You can even do it anonymously if you like.

Please join us. Be a part of our community and help us do good things for girls and women. Tune in, tell you friends, and visit our website at iGrowGirl.com to learn more about who we are and what we do.
