Angela Kim is Head of Analytics and AI at Teachers Health in Sydney Australia. She is the Women in AI Education Ambassador for Australia and, in 2020, the Institute of Analytics Professionals of Australia listed her as one of the top 5 analytics leaders in Australia. She spends her spare time focusing on ethics, bias in algorithms, how AI can foster diversity and inclusion, and the broader importance of developing AI and machine learning skills in the workplace.

Suresh Sood, our resident AI expert and Chief Data Scientist at Simple, is one of Australia’s foremost experts in big data and machine learning, crossing the divide between academia and real-world practice in industries ranging from financial services to law enforcement. His interest focuses on beautifying boring content, and unpacking human behaviour from brand stories told online – and his work captures real-time physiological inputs via biosensors using the most advanced virtual and mixed reality solutions as a stimulus to capture and unpack wow moments of human emotion.
