In todays episode we discuss how having support from others can be helpful and motivating, but ultimately, and this really ties into our last podcast episode on having your own back… the most important source of support for achieving your goals is yourself. You are the only person YOU need to get on board.
Of course we want support from others, but let's shift this belief we don’t need it.
Think about it, just like anything If you think you need others to support you to get to where you want to go, you’ll always be at the mercy of other people supporting you, and people aren't always going to do what you want. It's called agency.
Tune into to hear how it's actually not even about you, if someone doesn't support you, and how you can start supporting yourself.
