Today I want to introduce you to a simple, yet remarkably powerful conversation you can have with your family. It’s a meeting that has been adapted from the world of software development and agile practices. Hundreds of thousands of people are doing this meeting every week, all around the world. Yet, they are nearly exclusively conducting this meeting in their workplaces, with their coworkers. Very few are doing this with their families.
