Episode 010. My guest this week is Nick Gray. He's a graduate of Stanford and Cornell for Aerospace Engineering and he is also a member of the Air National Guard. Nick found out early that the W-2 life wasn't for him and moved into Rental Income Investing. After getting a couple properties under his belt he left Engineering and became a Real Estate Agent. Since then, he has added more properties and started up Gray Property Group, providing management and Brokerage services in the Manchester, NH area.
