This week the Sun moves into Gate 50, the Gate of Values. It asks a simple question with big implications: which values are actually yours to carry?
Every organization values something, whether it's printed on a poster or not, and to succeed inside it, we learn to adapt. Over years (sometimes decades), that conditioning can make us forget what our own values feel like. In this episode, Wendy shares how misaligned values showed up in her own corporate career, and how to start noticing the difference in your body, not just your head.
This week's experiment:
List three workplace rules you follow, written or unwritten. For each one, ask: Is this my value, or one I inherited? If it's inherited, what would it cost me to stop following it?
Grounding for the week:
Gate 3, the gate of creating order out of the messiness of change, is grounding this week's energy. Notice where you find steadiness amid constant change.
