This Yoga Nidra practice is a gentle return to the radiant center of your being — the place where your inner light remains steady, even when life feels heavy or dim. Today’s session invites you into deep rest, spiritual renewal, and the quiet remembering of the light that has always lived within you.


Rather than asking the body to do anything, this practice creates space for your whole system to soften. Through heart‑centered breathing, Sankalpa (intention), rotation of consciousness, and a luminous inner‑well visualization, you’ll be guided into a state where renewal happens naturally and effortlessly.


At the heart of this meditation is the image of the inner well — a spiritual reservoir that never runs dry. As you rest, this well fills with light, clarity, and peace, replenishing the parts of you that have been stretched thin or dimmed by life’s demands.


This practice may be especially supportive if you’re experiencing:
