🎁Here is a little gift from me to you! 🎁
Christmas can be an overwhelming time of year for so many different reasons. Black Friday is here so I will focus on the consumerism! Each year it seems like there are more and more marketing messages thrown at us from retailers and influencers. I have even received WhatsApp's this year!
I have noticed this invasion of marketing and influencing has really impacted my nervous system and on occasions tricked me into spending more time on social media....blooming cookies! I know I will not be alone in this so I have created 60 affirmations to support you in re-centring yourself from all of the noise.
You can choose how you listen to these affirmations, whoever feels right for you. Here are some suggestions.
lay down and close your eyes...you can even fall asleep
make a brew and get comfy
focus on what you can see out the window - clouds, birds, trees, your washing line!
in the bath (maybe with a face mask)
whilst taking a walk
cooking tea
cleaning
whilst doing your work out at the gym
