Today’s Scripture meditation is an invitation to receive a peace that doesn’t depend on circumstances — a peace that remains steady, present, and available even when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.


Rooted in John 14:27, this practice guides you into the kind of peace Jesus describes as His own: a peace that comforts the heart, quiets fear, and settles the nervous system from the inside out. Through slow, grounding breath, gentle stillness, and a breath prayer for releasing fear and receiving peace, you’ll be supported in returning to the calm that already lives within you.


This meditation offers spiritual comfort, emotional steadiness, and a soft place to rest when your heart feels stretched or unsettled.


This practice may be especially supportive if you’re experiencing:
