A proposito di questo titolo
Welcome to Day 14 of the 21-Day New Year Reset.
This Yoga Nidra practice is an invitation into deep pause — a full nervous system reset designed to support burnout recovery, parasympathetic calm, and profound rest.
Rather than guiding the body to do anything, this practice creates space for the nervous system to power down naturally. Through gentle muscle release, soft breath awareness, visualization, and extended moments of stillness, the body is given permission to stop holding itself together.
At the center of this practice is the still point — the quiet space between breaths where effort drops away and restoration begins on its own. Here, the nervous system doesn’t need instruction. It simply remembers how to settle.
This practice may be especially supportive if you’re experiencing:
• Burnout, exhaustion, or nervous system overload
• A sense of being constantly “on” or unable to fully rest
• Physical tension paired with mental fatigue
• The need for deep restoration rather than surface relaxation
• Longing for stillness, safety, and internal quiet
You’re invited to lie down comfortably and allow your body to be fully supported. Use blankets or pillows as needed. Let this be a time for hibernation — where nothing is asked of you, and rest unfolds in its own rhythm.
✨ Sometimes the most powerful reset happens in the pause.
