In this episode, we are hosted by Tea Geckle from Chicago, linguist and prospective writers. With knowledge of a dozen different languages, she reflects on her many years of studies of linguistics, the language structure as well as different aspects of communication.
But more than anything else, Tea invites us into a personal journey where the words shaped her life. She talks openly about how the mysterious world of words created understanding and healing of her past experiences, but also where the lack of words sometimes created fear.
She desricbes that the greatness of creativity is sometimes found in the raw and unpolished, in what we cannot fully understand, and how the hunt for the right words can be a way to autensity.
