Sites visited in Jerusalem’s Old City include the Western Wall, Robinson’s Arch, the underground tunnels where one can see buried sections of the Wall, and the Temple Mount Sifting Project where tourists have a chance to become archaeologists themselves. They get a good sense of what life was like in the days of the Temple and the magnitude of its loss. When the touring day is over and evening falls, Tisha B’Av begins.
