Great acting makes a good episode even better.

Starts out a little slow, almost bland. But the great voice acting makes the story come alive. The illusive "Twilight Zone creepiness" is there.

The story is about Kathy Garver's character, but (uncredited) Charles Shaughnessy's character has actually got more lines. Not that it matters to the listener. They are both good. Kathy Garver especially.

The idiot that wrote the publisher's summary should be fired. If you haven't read it - don't. If you have - still a great listen.

Highly recommended.

Sad tale of aging badly

At its core, this is a story of going being nostalgia and into the refusal to accept aging. The ending is ambiguous in the wrong way. Are we supposed to feel happy for her? Sad for those who aren't her? If the latter, then they really didn't set it up well. Great acting as always. The world of these TZ radio dramas feels immersive as ever.

Very good

It’s Twilight Zone. Of course it’s good, this one in particular. I did remember the televised version. Recommended.
