Fabulous Audiobook!
I am a huge fan of this audiobook. I've never read anything by Louise Hay before, but for sure, she is an instant favorite. The Power is Within You is a great reminder that our lives are created by our beliefs. Change your belief, be open to receiving, and watch as miracles occur! I've experienced this firsthand in my own life and am thrilled to find yet another resource with additional insights. I highly recommend this book.

Simple truth about self
Though the message is familiar and can be found in many other books of similar title, the author?s voice and delivery brings out the sincerity and power of the words. This is someone speaking from within one?s own intimate understanding of the potency of the message. I?d recommend it anybody looking to hear simple truth about ourself and be uplifted yet again.

Great Book!
This is very good basic stuff that I have heard before, but if practiced these principles will change your life. Tons of good easy to understand principles. Just get it!

What a remarkable lady
I really loved this Audio Book and I find Louise to be such an amazing women. What a role model. I would highly recommend this one.

Huge letdown and disappointment in this book.
I was very letdown upon listening to this book. It provides alot of what I will call "ultra common sense" meaning that one should try to work it out with people that hurt you because they wont get any better. She basically says that you, the reader are the problem and we should just look at the one or two positive items, even for murderers and rapists and think that about that person. I think this is terrible advice, sometimes one needs to leave the enviornment to begin to heal and develop a new self worth, not compromise and say, "oh, i am only hurting myself by thinking this person is not the greatest thing on earth." This is so terrible and troubling to me. I dont believe its our problem as readers someone repeatedly hurts us because thats the best they can do. I say so what, and would recommend leaving the bad situation and beginning again with courage and self esteem. This book would reinforce the opposite in me and was really upsetting. Steer clear.

Wonderful Work!
All of Louise Hay's work has helped me feel better and more in control of the direction of not only my life, career & health---more importantly helping to instill a great sense of full accountability (which can be scary at first!) and a deep empowering "knowing" that we are the architects of our life situations, and it all starts with how we CHOOSE!!!! to think & use the tool that is our minds. Good luck & have fun relaxing into the best version of you!

Precious Content, Wonderful Narrator -- Bad Music!
I love this woman and all her good work! She reads her own material very well. Her voice sounds young and musical. I was already planning to get the print book so I can underline, bend down pages, and see references to other works. This is a book to be eaten for breakfast with soymilk and raisins! I can't say enough about using this resource and all the suggestions if you want healing or just a happier life. Louise Hay seems like the gentle older sister of Jen Sincero (of Bad Ass fame). I love them both. Over and over they both say "Yes, you can!" "You deserve!" and "Just DO it!"
My problem was with the last half hour or so when Louise reads the appendices, meditations on different themes, with the worst piano accompaniment imaginable! Oh, but wait! I play piano and have to say the music is okay. It flows. It's trying to be pretty. It's in tune. It was probably composed with great love. Just that it's excruciatingly harsh and loud and DETERMINED TO DROWN LOUISE OUT!!! Maybe the recording engineer was "on" something! I could not finish. Maddening. Torture. If I knew any secrets, I would have spilled them for sure!

Delightful and very helping
Where does The Power is Within You rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
The audio quality is very good and the theme very helpful in many ways
What about Louise L. Hay’s performance did you like?
Hearing Louise L. Hay voice narrating her own book is inspiring,
Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?
It make me laugh and cry due to the extense themes and the inner work I have done thanks to the different exercises
Any additional comments?
If someone want to have a real self conscious growing, this book is a must, is excellent in many ways.
I used to play it on my way to work and it was relaxing, I was like an angry driver before hear this book.
This book helped me to grow in many ways in my spiritual journey that I can't describe everything with words.

Awesome life lessons in this book.
Would you consider the audio edition of The Power is Within You to be better than the print version?
I like to hear and see. I wouldn't rate one over the other. I do like to listen while driving or doing the dishes.
Have you listened to any of Louise L. Hay’s other performances before? How does this one compare?

Great expansion on
This is the companion book to 'You can heal your life', written several years on to answer questions people asked about the content. It is a wealth of wisdom and guidance. It is like listening to a wise aunt explain how to live life most effectively. I get something new from it each time I listen to it - a great buy.

Incredible
What a book, I cannot love this woman as an author and this book, more. It truly changed my whole life. I listened to it 2.5 years ago at my lowest point, my partner had died a few years earlier and I’d spiralled only ever down. Inside, I was in hell.
Being exposed to Louise Hay and reading this book completely opened my mind and gave me the idea I could chose my thoughts, if I wished. I remember being sceptical of course but then thinking, so how powerful am I really?! It triggered hundreds of hours of reading into the mind/law of attraction/heating etc and a whole overhaul of my mind.
I promised myself that I would read it again if I ever got married and so here I am, having listened to it just once more. I trained my mind out of depression, I let go of anger, bitterness and resentment (took months of all day affirmations), I got the job I’d dreamt of as a girl (B777 Pilot), I found the man of my dreams, married him 6 weeks ago and have just fallen pregnant. I feel like I’ve been gifted the secret to life.
Listen to this book, listen to it a few times, let it really sink in and let its concept take you on the greatest adventure you’ve ever dreamed of xx

Life changing book
I have been lucky enough to have been introduced to LOUISE Hay’s work many years ago but listening to this book today I was moved beyond all conscious level. Her kind and nurturing and Oh so Wise words wash over you like a blanket. A beautiful warm safe blanket. I put to the Universe that I want to hang out with and ultimately marry someone who trusts her words and believes and tries to live her words beyond all doubt. She is a beautiful soul who the world will miss. She is my go to and always will be. As I was listening to her today I thought two things. I wish all my friends and family would hear her words and I also imagined meeting her. I would have hugged her and thanked her for turning around my life.

wonderful self care book
i loved the self love story, and will dip into it often but have to say i really disliked the clunking piano music at the end hugely distracting and a disappointment si much so i didnt listen to it - if it was meant to be a meditation it didnt work. i eould say remove the music.

Filling my cup
This book filled my cup when my inner critic was at it's wost and gave me the tools, information, ability to reflect and affirmations that I needed and will continue to need.
Louise voice is like a mother that's telling you what you needed to hear!

Amazing book
Iove this book. I really enjoyed it. It had chapters that really stood out to me. I lost my mum a year ago and it had a chapters about death so I was happy to hear that. It also stood out to me as it reflected alot about my life and what I need to do to change.. Ive listened to the book twice and will re read it a tired time just because I really like it.

inspiring and life changing
There is so much in this book that is relatable and just amazing on how to start loving yourself NOW! By loving yourself, healing yourself and sending love into the world then your healing the world too! So easy to do that its so easy NOT to do! Listen to this book and start on the journey to a happier, grateful and abundant life!
