How true HR is ONLY inclined to protect their company
Just ask Edison or any large Company who has a large team of Attorneys on staff. They will retaliate and even fire you despite the 12 witnesses who were paid off in terms of career advancements or raises instead of responding appropriately to the sexual harassment! This does truly exist in a demeaning way against the victim, even female witnesses did this. How can HR live with themselves some days? Only by ruining a mother's career and financial life instead? Please let's train HR what kind of life we live after coming forward. For me coming forward meant being mocked more so after making my statement. It was worse after coming forward than keeping my mouth shut. The men would even put their feces in my desk drawer...who could have imagined?
