Terrible reader, monotone, same voice always

The articles are sometimes too condensed. But my problem is with the reader, or the editing. One never knows when one article ends and the other starts, until things don't make sense. Perhaps a different voice in between the articles would help, like The Economist does, if longer pauses don't work.
Also the reader ends the sentences with a rising intonation, which is very annoying. It might work in certain fiction books, but not while reading the news.
Since I have poor vision, I really appreciate the service, but if the quality would be better I would gladly subscribe and pay for it.
The one good thing is the summary at the beginning and the different chapter numbers, so one can skip to the next if one so wishes.

I like Mike Moran

... a lot. But please suggest he look up the correct pronunciation of "quay" for future reference.
