Jim McLean
From 1968 to 1973, Jim McLean played for the University of Houston, where Coach Dave Williams had created the greatest golf dynasty in NCAA history. Dozens of highly competitive young golfers thought they’d be a starter, but with forty players on the team, they battled for only five spots, and few ever qualified.
