American journalism is in crisis, under assault and literally disappearing in a growing number of news deserts across the country. "The ‘People’s Pulitzers’ Salute Those Who Give Voice to the Powerless" is from the May 01, 2018 Opinion section of The Washington Post. It was written by Katrina vanden Heuvel and narrated by Sam Scholl.
