no connection
This book did not resonate with me this felt more like a meditation session and not a tarot lesson. I didn't like the book

Eh
Not informative at all. This is basically her meditating with each card. It feels thrown together with low effort. I understand why it's free.

Interesting and entertaining. Well done
Would you consider the audio edition of Tarot Workshop to be better than the print version?
I have no idea!
What did you like best about this story?
The way to look at the cards in a different way. Not the old standard approach, more personal and likeable .
Which character – as performed by Suzanne Corbie – was your favorite?
herself.
If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?
Happy days with the Tarot!
Any additional comments?
Like her voice and music. No hype!

make it personal
The book is just a standard interpretation book. Pick the card and this is what it means. Yet she regularly points out that none of that history matters and you can just read them based on your feeling. The book covers the card and their common interpretation but it just seems to be missing any connection to the card's long history.

More of a list of journaling prompts
This would be more useful as a physical book rather than audio. It’s really just the author very quickly listing journaling prompts for each card. Unless you are a beginner, it’s nothing you’ve already seen many other places. She devotes no more than 1-2 minutes per card and there’s a lot of repetition. It’s a lot of “Describe what the subject is doing. Imagine yourself in the scene. How does that make you feel?” Here and there she gives add single, well known meaning of a card but there’s no real detail or insight or information you can’t find in every other tarot resource. She’ll even say things like “You would do well to look up what the symbolism of this card means.” It’s like, well no, that would have been your job as the author and the reason I’m listening to your book.
I also say this would be better as a physical list, because the author reads each prompt at a super fast speed, one after the other with no pauses. As others mention, there is New Agey music playing rather intrusively throughout. It really does present like a guided meditation because of the music. But because of the way she races through each card, there’s no time for the listener to actually meditate or think over each prompt besides turning off the audio after each and every sentence.
To summarize, this could be useful for absolute beginners - if it wasn’t an audiobook. My advise is to go buy a tarot workbook instead. There is nothing new or insightful here that can’t be found in hundreds of other places.

Easy to listen and follow
This is a wonderful way to present and teach tarot cards. Nice voice and narration makes it easy to listen to and follow. Definitely recommend this for beginners, like myself.
