I call this a non-devotional devotional. You don't have to listen to it daily, but you may want to. An associate of mine calls it a "real, rich, and raw" glimpse of being a modern-day Christian. This book is a glimpse into the life of an individual who recognizes they are Christian, not perfect, but a follower of Jesus. This book shares how being a Christian does not mean life is a cakewalk but how knowing God makes life more joyful!

My other vice is almost anything HGTV! Well, this book came about because I had a bad attitude about an upsetting situation in my life, and I was pissed off; yes, Christians can say that. I was about to tell someone off in an email, and instead, I prayed and asked God, what would you have me say instead? As you will read, what He had me say even stunned me. I am so grateful I heard and listened to the voice of God. It saved a friendship, and it kept me from being a poohead.
