Vilde is a 16-year-old Danish-Canadian kid, who lives with his mom in the small Canadian ski resort town of Big White. Some know him best as the local prankster and daredevil, but Vilde is also an elite snowboarder known as the Flying Tiger with hopes of competing in the next Youth Winter Olympics. One year, Vilde’s estranged dad invites him to join him on a trip to the mountain of Nanulak, where Vilde hopes to bond with him over mountaineering and mend their tenuous relationship.
