As the program begins, you’re riding in the back of a limousine, cosseted in the softly upholstered interior, looking out at the city lights passing by. The big car rides along as if it were on a cushion of air, smooth as silk. Before long, you arrive at your hotel... The program includes gentle narration, soft background music, and a complete body relaxation process. The relaxing music continues for 15 minutes after the narration, helping you drift off into dreamland.  

From the program: “It’s very late now, and you’re quite tired, so you go into the bedroom. Your bed is ready, and even your sleeping garments have been thoughtfully laid out for you. Everything here has been designed to help you feel totally safe, comfortable, and at peace. So you get ready for bed, and climb under the covers, into what is possibly the most luxurious, comfortable bed you’ve ever slept in. It’s perfect, and you feel ready for a good night’s sleep. So feel your body begin to relax. Starting with your feet, allow all the tension to leave them. They’ve worked hard for you today, and deserve a rest. And so the relaxation in your feet finds its way into your ankles, your calves, and your knees...”
