Overcome Anxiety, Depression, and Negative Thoughts!

If you feel as though your mind is the enemy, that you are always dealing with excessive anxiety, chronic depression, or fear so crippling it may well be a phobia, then the thoughts themselves may well be the culprits. If you are interested in learning more, then Cognitive Behavioral Therapy: The Essential Step by Step Guide to Retraining Your Brain - Overcome Anxiety, Depression and Negative Thought Patterns is the book you have been waiting for.

Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a type of psychotherapy that analyzes the response you feel to specific sets of stimuli and then asks why it is that you feel the way you do. As phobias, depression, and anxiety, when left untreated, can all lead to irrational responses to common scenarios, they can easily result in altered perceptions of reality and all around distorted thinking. When used correctly, CBT offer patients an alternative that promotes realistic, healthy thought.

In this book you will find:

  • CBT exercises used by professionals to help people dealing with a wide variety of anxiety, depression, and phobia issues
  • Tips and tricks to retrain your brain and break negative thought cycles once and for all
  • Reliable ways to face your fears, confront your personal demons, and become the hero of your own story
  • And more…

So what are you waiting for? Grab your copy today, take control of your mind, and start your healing journey!

Unique way to learn and understand CBT

Any additional comments?

It presents a new research based approach to dealing with anxiety. While it is clearly based upon research and experience, what's more great about it is all you have to do is listen. I especially like the way it explains something in understandable phrases, then use a visual, then reinforce with an acronym. This really helps bring home the points. The narrator makes it clear that the techniques work best with a trained counselor but I would love to see more examples about how to live and thrive with anxiety.

Inspiring Book.

CBT is a type of psychotherapy that focuses on the reasoning that causes you to feel certain ways or perceive certain situations. As anxiety is often caused as a reaction to these things, and because it results in distorted thinking, it can easily warp the way you see the world with flawed perceptions.

Must read this book

As such, the way a person thinks or views a specific situation will then ultimately determine how they feel in the moment, which then influences the way they respond as well.
