Sintesi dell'editore

Hunted by the friend who'd killed his illustrious cousin Crazy Horse, Black Wolf feared for the lives of his people, even as a flash flood forced him to accept the aid of gentle, golden-haired Madeline Penrod.

The raging waters of the Ohio River made all their lives precarious - as precarious as his control over his senses when he gazed into Maddy's welcoming green eyes.

was not happy with the shortness of the book.

when I was able to get Cassie Edwards books in large prints I did so with Ernest. Because I knew exactly the kind of books that she wrote and they were fantastic. unfortunately I can't say for the same for this audible version. I thought the book at times were very choppy and a lot of the detail of the story was lost. I don't think I will ever want to read another Cassie Edwards book on audible again. now I have to let you know that I found the narration of the book fantastic The young lady who narrated this book did a wonderful magnificent job. but still three chapters of the book when I know the book is capable of at least 20 really left a lot to be desired. but the narrator tried her best to bring each and every character to life I really do appreciate that.

Savage wonder

While this was a shorter book, the story moved a bit faster than normal to accommodate that. I loved the Native American aspect of the story.
