This book had a very positive tone which made it very easy to listen to. Although it was a bit repetitive, it included helpful tips and suggestions and plenty of motivation for someone considering beginning a vegan diet.
All the recipes were mouthwatering and tasty also. These recipes are very effective for weight loss. My wife is a beginner in this diet plan and she also liked this book. If you are looking for a perfect diet cookbook, it will be a great solution for you. Thanks David D. Kings.
