Such an excellent book!

Good stuff

This book is way more than just about weight loss!! It's about a journey of self discovery through learning to love yourself and your life and when you do, the added bonus is weight loss!! Tapping is one of the easiest self help tools you can do for yourself, and I highly recommend that if your ready to change your life from the inside out, this is a great place to start! A life changing book
