Eat well and lose weight!
The recipes are wonderful. The thing is, it doesn't matter when you prep, you're still going to have to finish the job of cooking the meal. The benefit of cooking ahead seems limited to holidays and other highly populated gatherings where nobody else is helping Mom cook. The bottom line is, you don't need to be a mother martyr to enjoy this book and use it often. It is just as wonderful as a prep now, cook now book.
Definitely worth the time and money to listen this book! Will be listening more from this author. I got this as an ARC and doing this review of my own free will.

One of my favorite parts of the book is the chapter that covers the "Common Mistakes and How to Avoid Them". The chapter is very extensive and covers ideas I have not listen in other books. Many of the pitfalls detailed are common sense items that can be easily avoided as long as you follow the "Meal Prep" plan. A lot of tasty recipes to help you stay on that plan. French Dip Sliders are delicious!
