This book is a very interesting cross-training book. The bundle of the book is very much useful. The Author puts all the exercise you need a very detailed instructions.

VERY WELL WRITTEN BOOK

it's good to throw in your gym bag to find a quick workout idea, but otherwise, I would say just to find a few CrossFit gyms you like and check their websites for the workout of the day.

Interesting book....

Yes, there are a ton of different workouts in the book, so it's great if that's all you want. However, there is no guidance on workouts. It's really was worth it and I'm pleased I got the book.

Good to listen

One of the reasons why I have so much confidence on this audiobook is that the book has professional post-workout nutrition advice to regain your muscle’s strength right after a workout especially if it’s a heavy one.
