Roisin O’Mara. Rosi regrets a lot of things. She regrets having just scoffed the out-of-date chocolate bar she found down the bottom of her bag and the cheese she ate before bed the night before—it gave her the strangest dreams. Her mammy always told her not to eat cheese before bed. She should have listened, just like when Mammy asked if marrying Colin was the right choice because that’s her biggest regret.
When Rosi discovers a secret Colin’s been keeping, she hightails it back to the family fold in Dublin. It’s not just about her, though; there’s their son Noah to think about, too, and Rosi’s not sure she’s strong enough to stand on her own two feet.
Reggie Nolan has regrets, too. Saying sorry isn’t in his vocabulary, but time’s running out. He’s come to stay at O’Mara’s to try and find the strength to put things right with the person he loves most.
With a bit of sisterly love and some advice from her Mammy, will Roisin be able to move forward? And can Reggie make amends for what he did thirty years ago before it’s too late?
