This series is so much fun!

This is another rock and rolling adventure. I love the ‘Easter egg’ comments. The characters are well developed and the magic system works well in the fantastical world.

rage skill? lame interaction with his town at end

I like this series well enough but the end just had me annoyed how he gave up his whole town and the interaction at the end of the town members. and I listen to so many books I may be wrong but didn't he have an op berserk skill in first book? what happened to that? ... ibalready purchased next in series. Hopefully it doesn't just seem run out. it feels like the author is just putting out 9 to 12 hour books to milk what he can vs puting out a good 23 to 30 hour book. idk maybe I'm just credit mongering. but I was kinda disappointed in this one. I still like the story so far and don't regret purchase just thought I'd put out my slightly negative opinion.

it's a great book with 1 problem

the only problem with this book for me was the narrator kept breathing through his mouth and the mic picked up every time he did. I wish they would have checked for this during editing.

Rushed

This book was rushed. The storyline was not jumpy without building the plot points or characters well. The author and editing team need to take their time and probably have some test readers before going to final “print”

I just cant get into this

I had been listening to the Pathfinder series involving Rigg but this one, well. I don't get it. The points, the whole story line, who or what the characters are.. its all so confusing. I've tried listening i on long drives when I have exhausted everything else on my phone, But I cant get past a few hours. The performance is fine, the story sucks. Sorry...

very enjoyable despite distractions

I'd love to get this book my full approval sadly I can't the first book I've ever listened to where I could hear the voice actor actually breathe times whoever did the editing for the audio needs reprimanded It was extremely distracting other than that great story good performance

must read series

this is my second listen to the series. it's fun, unique, & honestly it's refreshing to have something that's not shoving sex, & harems down your throat.

This Could Use a Trigger Warning

I've generally liked the prior books, and this one is largely more of the same, but there's a development that involves mind-alteration and brutal character murder that I wasn't ready for. It almost ruined the book and series for me, along with the aftermath. It wasn't necessary and was overly gory/detailed for the rest of the book for me.

Not my favorite

I really like these books but this one isn’t my favorite I don’t understand the reason for the self pity in the hero it weakens the story

fix the mic

The narrator has the sniffles or something it drove me crazy. I really like the book and the whole series so far but the sound drove me crazy and took me out of the world.
