Can you rise above your expectations of other people?And while your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions, you will also hear the following impactful statement (among others): "You now become a spiritually oriented individual capable of rising above judgment, totally forgiving, and capable of unconditional love." You will then be encouraged to affirm this reality by visualizing yourself as having already accomplished your spiritual goals.Next, in track 2-"I Desire" Mantra-you will undergo another relaxation induction, this time to to invoke the unlimited power of the universe to support you in being all that you are capable of being. You will then repeat a powerful mantra to that effect over and over again. The meditation closes with an invitation to drift off to sleep or awaken immediately, filled with feelings of peace and harmony.
