A proposito di questo titolo

The residents of Llanelen are brimming with excitement as a popular antiques show is coming to their Welsh town. People are flocking from miles around, hoping their treasures turn out to be worth a fortune. On the day of filming, quiet local sheep farmer Haydn Williams brings a generations-old long-case clock for evaluation while the woman he's always admired from afar, Catrin Bellis, turns up with a cherished handmade quilt. But by the end of the day, Catrin turns up dead, her quilt missing. Who could have wanted this shy, quiet woman dead?

Delving into Catrin's past, spa owner and amateur sleuth Penny Brannigan realizes that a mysterious document hidden in Haydn's clock could hold the key to a long-forgotten secret and a present-day murder.

Più rilevanti
The narrator had a lilting welsh accent but at times her choice of where to put the stress on words, especially during descriptive passages left me confused or bored.
The story line was good although at times clues were a little obvious and there were quite a few 'info-dumps' inadequately disgiused as narrative.
Overall enjoyable, the characters were drawn well and I enjoyed the dialogue enormously at times.

Intriguing and lyrical
