Sintesi dell'editore

In Tibetan spiritual life, the practice of body-based meditation has been revered throughout its history as a vital tool for cultivating spiritual awareness and physical well-being. Today, in a world overabundant with stimuli, these embodied practices are more relevant and useful than ever. Meditating with the Body guides you into the rejuvenating experience of body-based meditation to help you:

  • "Digest" the stressful events and experiences of your day
  • Settle and calm your mind
  • Channel revitalizing energy throughout your body
  • Connect with the healing effects of the earth (viewed in Tibetan Buddhism as a living, enlightened being)
  • Uncover your body's untapped powers of perception, intuition, and wisdom

Join esteemed teacher Reggie Ray as he teaches you this complete series of six Tibetan-based meditations, including prana breathing, body awareness, abdominal breathing, earth-based meditation practice, and more.

Note: Excerpted from the full-length audio course Buddhist Tantra.

Must if you have a daily meditation practice

Use these guided meditations once in while. Don't assume it's an audiobook you can listen at one go. Good luck...

Rigid posture

too much talk of holding a rigidly perfect posture and following specific rules of breathing. if you are looking for a mindfullness recording look elsewhere...if you can ignore all the talk of posture and muscle contractions and on and on maybe the meditation will be usefull.

Reginald Ray's Shortest and Most Direct Program

I highly recommend this for beginning meditators to be grounded in their meditation from the start and to more experienced meditators as well. You may discover that you have been in a spiritual cut de sac all along and need to get real.

Unique approach

Reggie's approach to mediation is unique and deeply beneficial. It's helped me to feel almost immediate benefits, a great sense of calm and connection to my body.

Dr Reggie Ray saved my life

Meditating with the body has been very healing and calming. I am more fully present to explore my awareness. Letting our body release what we are holding is very liberating. Thank goodness my daughter, Sara introduced me this loving, gifted and giving Spirit

The Foundation to any meditative practice

Clearly written and to the point. A foundation that you will be revisiting as a beginner or advanced meditator.
