An area for a misunderstanding

I've purchased three of Druker's books from Audible. They are all quite good; however this one while also good is simply a chapter of two from one of the other books. That was disappointing and seems to me that Audible should have provided a head's up on that fact.

A mini masterclass in communication

I learned to major lessons: 1/ it’s easier to leverage your strengths then it is to make small incremental improvements on your weaknesses. 2/ you must communicate your strengths and preferred modality of operating to you co workers/managers AND you must be PROACTIVE about understanding your managers/co workers strengths and preferences (such as being a Listener rather then a reader when it comes to learning).

My only complaint is that the voice is a bit muffled but a good pair of earbuds or being in your car helps a lot.

Review of M Oneself

The narration is faster then it should be. I am not a native English speaker so to follow, and makes notes is hard. Talks about general common sense concepts but gives them good wording.

Managing Oneself by Tevin Gongo

FOCUSING ON STRENGTHS AND REACHING EXCELLENCE IS A BETTER STRATEGY THAN FOCUSING ON WEAKNESSES AND REACHING AT BEST, AVERAGE. MANAGING ONESELF. A great #book for #entrepreneur, #manager and #leader. Actually, a great read for anyone ambitious and willing reach his/her full potential.

What are my strengths? How do I learn? What are my values? How do I contribute? Just a few of the questions Peter Drucker recommends us to ask on a regular basis if we want to be efficient and fulfill or potential. Enjoy that short but powerful book.

A life changing listen in just over 30 mins!

It's the kind of book that is perfect for the commuter. Literally after listening to 3/4 of the book and came into work and performed my support fiction with a noticeable confidence having had Mr Drucker reiterate the strengths that we have as individuals and recognises the strengths of others. Excellent read! Highly recommend!
