Spoiler Alert - This book is a scam.
Making Difficult People Disappear involves self-awareness that cannot be found in the book. Each chapter ends with a pitch to visit the website. Visiting the website offers an opportunity to share personal information and take a Myers-Briggs type survey. Once submitted, Monica Wofford (picture a local fortune teller) will send a follow up email explaining that sharing your results will require a 90 minute consultation for the small fee of $197. No thanks.

A book-length advertisment
It didn't address the core issue. I expected some suggested effective strategies to use when people really ARE difficult, but the book was mostly about how to perceive people differently... and a sales pitch to buy more materials.
