One rock god. One girl from his past. One ocean that can't keep them apart.
I've been in love with Owen Gallagher since I was twelve years old. Before the world knew his name.
Even though it's been years since I've been back to Ireland, I never forgot my Irish crush. The boy who saved me from his bully of a brother is now a dark, sexy, tattooed rock star who shreds the guitar like a true master.
A night of anonymity.
One night to live my forbidden fantasies.
He'll be furious when he finds out my true identity. But I'm not the same, shy little girl he remembers, and I have every intention of tempting my own Wild Irish.
Dreaming about a rock god is one thing, but I'm chasing that dream across an ocean.
Book 2 of this series has me remembering my first crush...wow, that is a long time ago, but I can still feel that love today! CM Seabrook has captured this feeling in Tempting Irish. Remembering Owen from book 1, he was coming off a bad head injury and was not yet himself. Now Bree comes into his life things and his whole life is turned upside down. This girl has had a crush on Owen since she was a preteen, long before Wild Irish hit the charts. She has come back to Ireland to seek her roots and see Owen, hoping to rekindle that feeling and flee her past. These two from the start have an amazing chemistry, and the sweetness is beyond compare. Seabrook is able to capture the feeling of love, the angst of the unknown and meld it into a wonderfully fulfilling story. The emotional pull of this couple will have you from chapter 1! It's also a lot of fun to catch up with the rest of the ensemble, Emer and Aiden, Killian and Delaney and feel the strong bond these people have together.
Kyle Maraglio continues his narration of the story. I love his Irish accent, and enjoy his narration. I do wish he used more of a woman's voice for Bree, and sometimes his differentiation is not clear between characters, but for the most part, his narration is clear, well paced and enjoyable.

I do not even know how to put into words how much this book touched me. I was so hooked and so emotionally invested from the very beginning until the end. If you love books, romances, books that grab your insides and make you feel then you need to buy this book. I cried, smiled, laughed, and cried again. I think this was my favorite out of the Irish series but since they were all brilliant that is hard to say. Now I want a happy ending for Shane and more from the Wild Irish family. Thank you C.M. Seabrook for a book that was so well written that it touched my soul.

** Sighs Dramatically **
The Wild Irish boys! Gah! This group of rowdy, stubborn, ridiculously funny, loyal to a fault clan of Irish chest pounding neanderthals are my absolute favorites! Having read all the books going back and listening to the audible is the icing on the cake! C.M. Seabrooks stories are even more captivating this way! Amping up the heat-n -friction, coupled with the pure emotion, hilarity and a great love story thrown into the mix of emotional wreckage, Owen and Bree's story is one worth listening too!
My first time listening to this narrator, I have to say- I was a bit skeptical at first. But he won me over within the first couple of chapters. I did notice though there were a few times words repeated, or voices may not have changed with the characters, BUT it did not take away from the storyline, and - I know I could not do that SO. LOL, all in all, nicely done and I am looking forward to listening to the other books in Wild Irish Series !!

Oh dear baby Jesus, yes! C. M. Seabrook has once again ROCKED IT with the second installment in the Wild Irish series! Owen Gallagher is one swoon-worthy rockstar. Bree has been completely enamored with Owen Gallagher since she was a little girl. Before the he was a rockstar, before he was famous, and even then he was still out of her reach. But now she's all grown up and maybe at least for one night she can finally have the dream she's been chasing after all these years. Bree and Owen's story is a special blend of friends-to-lovers and rockstar romance. The characters are vibrant and the story captures you until the very last page. Frankly, Owen Gallagher freaking rocked my world! Tempting Irish has it all! Full of rockstars with even sexier accents, great banter, steamy sex, an awesome love story and a perfect set up for a couple of other characters to find their HEA's. Pick this book up today! You're welcome. I had mixed feelings about narration by Kyle Maraglio. The narration was good, but at times it was hard to differentiate between characters. Although his voice was enjoyable, there wasn’t much distinction made by the narrator. There also were a few production errors like lines being repeated, but overall it was a good listen and the story was fantastic! 4 Stars.
Tempting Irish is the second book in the Wild Irish Series. Owen and Bree's story is full of heart, reconnecting with family, and finally going home. Kyle Maraglio narration brings these characters to life, and that Irish brogue "Oh My". Looking forward to listening to Shane's story.
Owen and Bree are reunited and boy oh boy does it feel so good. Bree was torn away from home, family, and everything she loved when her mother decided to up stakes to America after her internet beau. Even more soul crushing, young Bree left behind Owen the boy she hopelessly loved but whom pined after her cousin and saw her as nothing more than a tomboy kid. He promised to write though and that no amount of distance could break the bound of family they shared. Worse than unrequited love is being forgotten in a distant lonely land while being subjected to her mother’s controlling and harsh boyfriend. Bree learned the hard way to rely on herself and that most fairy tales are for suckers. When she decides to confront her family again she hopes she will have some sort of connection to bonds she once had. All around Owen love is running rampant, his brother is happily married and expecting a baby and one of his best friends and band mates is married to the girl he always pined for and they will be welcoming a baby anytime now. For him though, he has been feeling empty and restless - a listlessness that he cannot shake. When a beautiful mysterious stranger catches his eye he figures he could use a night of release. His shock and dismay comes when he discovers that the mystery woman turns out to be not stranger but Beatrice and boy oh boy does he feel duped. Owen his now frustrated for several reasons - she lied by omission of who she was, he really wants to finish what they started and his family now is meddling in his personal life. He can tell Bree is hiding dark and sad things about her life and he wants her to open up to him, but trust is a two way street and he will need to give if he wants some take. Usually he is Mr. One Night but being with Bree makes him yearn for something so much more but she is quite gun shy after watching her mother’s terrible choices. Can Owen make a tempting enough offer to entice Bree to give him a shot at a HEA?
Narration:Kyle Maraglio perfomed both parts to perfection. When he is inside or channeling Bree, he captures her strong but delicate personality. With Owen, the accent will drive you insane with lust and really makes the character come to life.
I voluntarily read an advance reader copy of this book.
This book was a tooth grinding experience to listen to. The narrator took what was a reasonable storyline and made it unbearable. Dreadful drawling accents. Hope never to sit through another book narrated by Kyle Maraglio
