Horrible waste of time
The storyline is horribly inaccurate and is most definitely written by someone that watches MSNBC with a very distorted view on guns and how they operate.
The narration is even worse than the writing.

Land of make believe
it is a story of anti gun, environmentalist good guy lawyers. Reminds me of a 70's country song,...we'll all be drinking that free bubble up and eating that rainbow stew....I will never live long enough to think class action law suits serve anyone but the lawyers.

Didn't click...
Unnatural conversations, lotta over-delivery. Story slow and predictable. I couldn't find sympathy or interest

Authors uses his books to push his very liberal agenda. I wouldn’t recommend this book to anyone. I guess we know why it is on the “free list.

Narrator makes or breaks the book
I did not like the reading by narrator. I wish the same person who Narrated the first book would have done this one.

Great listen!
Loved this book. The characters were well developed and the story moved quickly to keep my attention. The story has a definite political slant, which I could have done without, however, it didn’t cause me to stop listening.

Cliché ridden dialog
I don't know if his editors made him do it but at every instance the author could have written original dialog he instead used worn out cliche. Like nails on blackboard to read it. Story line OK.

I loved the story.
The story was really good. I did not like the change of narrator. I didn’t like the southern accents in the 2nd book. Really good book other then that, it’s very good.

It’s ok, dwells to long on unimportant stuff

Mixed reaction
Story is initially believable and engaging but strays into the predictable fantasy of an action film at the end. I was really caught up by the first part of the story but when there was a predictable reveal of a “bad guy” followed by fantasy violence then I lost interest. The narrator does a fair job with accents and character - thank you.

Story is fine but narration is hideous
The narrator just over enunciates every word in the worst possible way: it makes this book incredibly difficult to listen to and follow.
I don’t understand why companies producing audio books employ readers like this. Do they not listen to the finished product before inflicting it on the open market?
