But of all their decisions, the most difficult is choosing between Ryan Court's meticulously restored Boat Works and the Captain's Cottage, a time-honored favorite overseen by the captivating Evelyn Heart.

A sweet rivalry blossoms between lifelong acquaintances Evelyn and Ryan as they guide the lucky couple through the wedding preparations. Ryan quickly discovers that Evelyn is not the drama queen he thought she was, despite her starring roles in several local theater productions.
