I'm not too ashamed to admit that the movie terrified me as a kid, but in many ways, the novel is even more frightening, as it relies more heavily on the science that makes Jurassic Park possible - and very unstable - adding an unsettling dose of reality to this cautionary tale. I'm so excited to relive this book in audio as it’s released unabridged for the very first time with the incredible Scott Brick narrating - providing the perfect measured, authoritative voice for such a science-heavy listen. Every time I revisit it, I discover something new, making it one of the rare books that truly never gets old. A must-read (and must-listen) for anyone who loves thought-provoking, heart-pounding storytelling.
