    Courage

    Excellent articles about failure. I encourage failure as a teacher. Now I plan to encourage review of success to better understand both sides. If only more corporate and business leaders would have the courage to accept failure and teach their replacements through acceptance (model the behavior) we would all be better off, leaders and followers.
