Sintesi dell'editore
When Harriet Lerner began work on her book The Dance of Anger at the Menninger Clinic nearly 30 years ago, there were no books on this subject. Today it is a classic in the field. Now with the audio learning program Harriet Lerner on Anger, this distinguished psychologist shows how women can reclaim this emotion as a vital, life-changing force. Our culture encourages and even rewards aggressive men, yet when a woman shows anger, she is shunned, devalued, and ridiculed. This personal session traces the roots of this paradox and teaches how the suppression of anger leads to guilt and self-violation. This is Harriet Lerner's definitive session on how women can get angry and speak up while constructively resolving life issues. Learn more about:

No fluff, simple to follow, no outrageous promises
I liked her style. I liked her compassion. I liked that she did not overhype what this was about. I liked that she gave good explanations of the twelve ideas to deal with anger and be calmer about going about your life. It was sensible.

Pioneer Language
Thank you Dr. Lerner for your stories. Your words and language help others learn, unlearn and relearn “how” anger can be a seed to change and connections.

Great
This is a great book! It basically teaches us how to return to a position of love, from where we can potentially repair rupture within relationships.
