All over the place
Great storyline if you can follow it. There are too many timeline transitions . This is more of a screenwriter script then novel.

Disliked ALL the characters!!!
I've never read/listened to a book where I've disliked all the characters. Not one of them had any morals, sense of loyalty, or compassion - no redeeming qualities. However, the book is so well written. It draws you in and delivers shock after shock of such unbelievable story telling. I couldn't stop listening.

Too many timelines
There were too many “rewind” “forward” “pause” and “play” timelines. Book was all over the place, I was lost so many times. Wouldn’t read/listen to book 2.

To many fast forward 5 rewind 10 go back 2 yrs. you get my drift .
I ove the Narrator he keeps it real.

Horrible
Why would you introduce so many characters, and to make it worse, expect your readers to keep up with “ fast forward” and “ rewind”???!! This book was all over the place,and to hard to keep up with

Man this book had a good story line but it was so confusing
The way the author kept going back in time made the story come across unclear I only finished it because I was hoping by the time I got to the end I would understand no such luck

Good book
Money, violence and crime are always going to give you some excitement to hold onto. This was a good read, with lots of twists and turns and circumstances connecting parties that make it hard to guess what they will do next. The characters were written so believably, if I didn't know they were fake, I would have thought these characters were narrating their own deadly deeds. Good book. I just found out this was book 3 in the series. I guess I need to go back and read the rest when I have time.
