Great info but not-so-great reader
The book offers interesting and useful advice, although it's long-winded.
The narrator's monotone made me sleepy.

This is all that’s wrong with corporate America
This book perpetuates being evil. Mandatory text. It’s awful. Could not bring myself to read it. Tried the audio, but could not get halfway. The best things in this book are bogged down by its attempts to teach manipulation, even threatening, as a means to get what you want. This book should be avoided at all costs, especially by Harvard.

very helpful may have saved my career
This is a very good book with lots of details on how to work with everyone you may work with. you like myself probably have the one colleague that is difficult... this helps understanding how to influence even the hardest of people.
