This book is almost 14 years old, and it shows. Although it makes some interesting points that are still important today, (for example, having excellent customer service) it's so hard to take seriously when it doesn't even mention marketing your business via an internet website! Instead they suggest things like renting a hot air balloon or giant skylight. Uh huh.
The foundation is there but this book needs a refresher to make it modern.
