Standalone novel
I was disappointed that this was a stand alone book. I was really looking forward to hearing more about the 1st "Dirty Money". I found out none of the books are true sequels. This was a good book. It was just a little slow for me. Stephen King slow almost, but the story line was amazing. I will say these two authors do not believe in Happily ever after. I love book 1 & 2. I will not be reading book 3 because I wanted to read a true book series. If you like true urban fiction this is it. A lot of (Black) books are listed as urban fiction this is it. I say check it out.

Narrator was awesome!
I loved it. Ikane is the best narrator ever...Pls do a book 2 so we can make sure Tiffany gets what she deserves.

omg it was soo good but ending sucks!
i wish i would of known what happened to them at the end smhhhhhh
the ending leaves you in suspense which sucks because you dont leave with a fullfilling feelings

All over the place!
I could not get into this book at alllllll. The writers neglected to take the time and build the characters. Detrimental situations were happening and they breezed over it as if it was nothing. I felt as though I was listening to someone giving me a summary about a book that they had read. Disappointed to say the least. This is my first book by both characters. All of Ashley Antoinette books are written very well. So I hope this is not the writing style when they both team up. If so it will be my last book I read by them.

I’m so glad I got ahead of myself and know how this really ends... because otherwise I would have been pissed. The ending is messed up 🤬🤬

Not it
I love the authors but this is not a good read for them very predictable and a lot of unreal events I wish the reviews were more honest instead of acting like this book is it. Another book for what who left to keep the story going come on ppl make it make sense great authors but not the best work 👎

Predictable
I'm now 2 books in and the patterns there..... The herion who rises to notirioty only to perish in revenge... Tiresome, I really had high hopes for this author.

Spell bound!
I couldn’t stop listening to this story, So nuanced and absolutely interesting. Lovely but tragic story!
