Recensioni editoriali
Culture Clash, an electrifying Chicano American theater troupe, examines the history of an immigrant community in Los Angeles called Chavez Ravine, which was located where Dodger Stadium now sits. The story chronicles how real estate and political interests uprooted families and destroyed a neighborhood. Zilah Mendoza, Richard Montoya, Ric Salinas, and Herbert Siguenza give delightful, dynamic, and heart-breaking performances in this recording captured before a live audience. The cast is accompanied by musicians John Avila, Randy Rodarte, and Scott Rodarte.
