nice, short meditation

lovely guided mindfulness meditation on awareness. a keeper. starts with observing noises and ends with observing your mind

Nice audio

Excellent guided meditation.

This short audio book is a guided meditation. I tried it and really could feel the power of meditation right away. Even only five minutes into it, I felt the effects. Towards the end, I was feeling transcendent. I'm a skeptic of meditation, but now can begin to understand the benefits.

Listen to this most days

It's a 25 minute guided Buddhist mindfulness practice in the lineage of insight meditation. Joseph Goldstein's American accent is pleasant and his tone deep and rich. The voice is important for me as it can be a distraction. It's a bit repetitive at times but I think this is intentional and I got used to it and actually found the repetition deepened my practice.
