Dan Castrigano chats with some of the guys from the Burlington Run Club about their experience running with the group.
The short clips featured in the episode were recorded on October 18, October 25, and November 1, 2026. Recording took place outside in various weather conditions, and some of it was recorded while running. Please excuse the background noise—and heavy breathing—in some of the audio.
Dad Guild's Burlington Run Club meets every Sunday morning at the intersection of Staniford Road and the Burlington bike path in Burlington's New North End neighborhood. From there, the group runs to the walk/bike bridge over the Winooski River and back, for a total of 3.5 miles.
